Story

Thank you for visiting my Lent JustGiving page. This Lent, from 5th March to 17th April, I am inviting you to help me in making a difference by supporting JustAct Middle East, specifically through music therapy at the Jerusalem Princess Basma Centre.

Located on the Mount of Olives in East Jerusalem, the Princess Basma Centre is dedicated to working with children with disabilities and facilitating their integration into Palestinian society. Each year, the centre provides rehabilitative and therapeutic services to hundreds of children, along with inclusive education for many more. Your support can bring hope and help sustain these vital programs that change lives in such a difficult setting.

In the year which commemorates the 200th anniversary of the railways in England during Lent I am walking the Stockton and Darlington railway discovery trail, from Witton Park through to Stockton. Approximately 26 miles. My target is £300 but I hope it will raise more for this special cause.

Every donation counts and will go through this JustGiving page to Just Act, a trusted UK charity. Donating via JustGiving is simple, fast, and secure; your details are safe and will never be sold or used for unwanted emails. Once you donate, your contribution will reach the charity directly—making it the most efficient way to support this cause.
