My wife's father, Alan passed away recently and spent his last few weeks in the care of St Lukes. They provided excellent support for him and all his family in those difficult times. Throughout his life Alan was a very active man who supported others in very practical ways, as a father, teacher grandfather and volunteer, and he enjoyed taking on many challenges. He was immensely proud of all his family, including his grandson James who is honouring Alan with a night time, winter walk up Snowdon to see the sunrise!
