Story
On 29 July 2021 I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Cancer. This turned out to be a form of Lymphoma. After a two week stay in hospital, and six months of Chemotherapy, tests and procedures I was given the all clear :-)
During this 'journey', I was of course so lucky to have the love and support of my family, friends and the fantastic NHS. However there was one organisation, Macmllan, that I owe so much to! I genuinely don't know what I would have done without access to the information and fabulous technical support that Macmillan offer.
I am running in the Cambridge 1/2 marathon on 03 March 2024 - Please help me to raise some money for this incredible charity.
Ps- The training is unbelievably hard and your generosity will help me hugely!
Thanks, Ian
