Phil and I are supporting Care for Veterans by Treking from Feynan to Petra at the end of October 2023.

Care for Veterans provide care for people who have supported our country in some way in the past.

The current age range of residents is from 20 -100 and the Charity receives no regular Government funding and each year need to raise over £1.5m to continue their award winning care.

My special Brother-in-Law @andywatkins is looked after in this incredible place and before his accident he has trekked and climbed all over the world so a very appropriate challenge.

The Trek consists of a 75k hike over 5 days (approx.15k per day) which involves climbs of 1000 metres (Height of Snowdon) in 30-degree Heat.

Camping out under the stars with no creature comforts when the temperature can drop to -10 degrees

Phil and I are funding the cost of this trip ourselves so all monies raised will go straight to Care for Veterans
