Having ran a number of 5k,10ks and a half-marathon for CharlieHouse this year I have decided to challenge myself in a different way by supporting CharlieHouse in the Banchory Beast. 10k distance with around 30 obstacles and definitely not an event that I am built for so one that really will take me way outside of my comfort zone. The pain and challenge I will go through is insignificant compared to those that use the services of Charlie House.
