We are walking 13.3 miles as a team from Robin Hoods Bay to Scalby Mills, any donations no matter how small will be greatly appreciated for this worthwhile charity, who have two groups in Scarborough.

Suicide is the biggest killer of men in the UK, in 2021 3852 men died by suicide. Men accounted for 74% of UK suicides in 2021. Our ultimate aim is to prevent other families experiencing the unthinkable pain and loss that Andrew’s family have faced and still face on a daily basis. We want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation to see that, #ITSOKAYTOTALK. In an ideal world we one day hope that there is no need for ANDYSMANCLUB. Awareness is key for ANDYSMANCLUB, the more men that attend our clubs the closer we are to reaching our aim of preventing others losing loved ones to suicide. The more we campaign the more we hope we can break down the barriers and reduce the stigmas surrounding men’s mental health and help seeking.
