As you know, CHSS is a charity that I have previously raised money for. It is one that is close to my heart and my intention is to raise awareness around strokes and the impact it is having on people throughout Scotland and beyond.

CHSS are a fantastic charity and do not get the exposure that they truly deserve. I truly believe that as many people as possible should be aware of the symptoms surrounding strokes, as identifying early signs is a vital factor which will save lives.

Please support me as I Run The Blades 50km Ultramarathon on 20th July 2024.
