Having recently joined Cowshed Communication, I've decided to join the company's team of gnarly runners and enter the Cardiff Half Marathon.

When first asked to take part, I was concerned - my middle-aged knees aren't what they used to be.

But with the team raising money for Cancer Research Wales, it was a challenge I couldn't turn down.
