In September, I'll be travelling to Uganda with a group of dental volunteers to provide much-needed dental care in outreach clinics set up in remote communities. Access to dentistry is scarce in Uganda and for some, this may be their only opportunity to see a dentist.

During my time there, I will be part of a team setting up and providing treatments in various locations, including classrooms, churches, prisons, orphanages, community halls, and even out in the open. Treatments will include emergency dental care, extractions and simple fillings. Patients range from young children to the elderly, some of which will walk many miles for this vital care. On a typical trip, over 1500 people are helped though Dentaids amazing work.

The goal is to raise funds to support the setup of clinics in these remote communities and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who lack access to essential dental care. Please support me in my fundraiser, thank you for your donations and support!
