Medo's MND Fundraising.

Lee Medo' is raising money for Motor Neurone Disease Association
We fund care, campaigning and research to achieve a world free from MND

Story

Earlier this year my uncle, Lee Medforth (aka Medo), born and bred Beverley man was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease. MND effects up to 5000 adults in the UK, at anyone time, and currently there is no cure.

My uncle has asked me to set this page up on his behalf (he is an absolute technophobe) in order to raise funds for the local Hull and East Yorkshire branch of the Motor Neurone Disease Association. This branch supports those diagnosed within our local community and contributes to life saving research.

So far this year my uncle, family and friends have participated in numerous charity events. This included a pub crawl through Beverley, and two charity events at The Windmill and The Beaver. In June several family and friends completed The Yorkshire Three Peaks. My Uncle Lee would like to thank those who have already donated. The next big challenge is to climb Snowden in September.

Please donate what you can to show support to my uncle, and help all those diagnosed with MND within our community!
