Horsham Nursery School colleagues and close friends are walking alongside me in support of our local cancer charity to raise vital funds for them to continue providing essential services to people affected by cancer.

I personally was not aware of the Olive Tree until I needed their support.

What a caring space.

The Olive Tree is a self funded charity that doesn't receive any statutory funding, every penny raised is down to the charity and their supporters and my biggest wish is to raise their profile as 1 in two people are affected by cancer every day.

The Olive Tree Support Group supports anyone (18+) affected by cancer in Horsham, Crawley and surrounding areas. We are an independent charity, which means we are responsible for ALL of our fundraising. We receive no statutory funding from the Government, compared to other charities. We NEED YOUR support. The demand on our services is ever increasing, and we pride ourselves on never turning anyone away who needs our support. Our members, are cancer patients, their family, partners, friends and carers, who all have access to our services, as we know that a cancer diagnosis, effects the whole family, not just the patient. Please, help us to continue to provide essential services such as one to one counselling, complementary therapies, workshops, support groups and drop in sessions, for our members, so they can receive the much needed respite from the stress cancer causes 💚
