This year we will be raising funds to support Equal Measures on its vital mission to deliver greater equity in the drinks industry! Equal Measures supports and uplifts underrepresented and marginalised people who have faced systemic barriers to their career progression due to prejudice around their ethnicity, gender identity, sexuality, and neurodivergence. The initiative gives individuals the tools, qualifications, networks, and confidence they need to create and sustain rewarding careers in hospitality.
