Our hydrotherapy pool plays an important part in rehabilitation for both In-patients and Outpatients at Holy Cross Hospital, Haslemere.

The poolside hoist is used on a daily basis, to transfer patients into, and out of the pool, making it accessible to anyone who is unable to enter via the steps or from the poolside.

The current hoist needs replacing, and we would like to raise fund's to go towards the new hoist, which will enable patients to continue to be able to access and benefit from our hydrotherapy pool.

Holy Cross Hospital has gathered a crew of willing Dragon Boat racers from throughout the hospital. Our amazing boat will be filled with enthusiastic rowers from Physiotherapy, Nursing, Health Care Assistants, HR, Maintenance, Kitchen staff, and even friends and relatives of the people we care for.

None of the team have ever been in a Dragon Boat before!!!

Adam the activities co-ordinator, has been leading the way in designing and making our team outfit, so we will look fantastic out on the water.
