In 2024 my Dad sadly passed away after living with an acute heart condition. In the UK alone; 7.6 million people are living with heart and coronary diseases, every 3 minutes someone dies from a heart or coronary disease and 13 babies a day are diagnosed with heart defects.

I will be walking 96 miles on the West Highland Way in memory of my Dad raising money for the British Heart Foundation (BHF).

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives.
