On Sunday 26th November, I will be taking part (full disclosure: mostly walking, but in fancy dress) in Conwy Mind's first Mental Elf 5k event in memory of my dear brother Philip Evans, who very sadly passed away in July this year.

Phil was incredibly funny, kind and creative, and I will be taking part alongside Phil’s lovely wife Rachel and many more of our family and friends to support this amazing cause which is so close to our hearts, and to honour Phil’s memory and the amazing person he was.
