Story

In August 2024, myself and a group of students from the University of Exeter are taking on a challenging 6-day trek to Machu Picchu following the famous Salkantay trail, reaching altitudes of 4,600m.

We are doing this in order to raise money for Alzheimer's Research UK, who are the leading dementia research charity and is a cause close to a lot of our hearts.

I will also be running a Tough Mudder in April as part of this fundraiser. This will be very challenging, physically demanding and require training but I'm excited to push my limits for this cause!

In their own words:

"We're working to revolutionise the way we treat, diagnose and prevent dementia.

But we will not stop there.

With your support, we will keep going until every person is free from the heartbreak of dementia.

We exist for a cure."

Any donations to support this amazing cause, no matter how much, would go a long way and would be hugely appreciated!
