There is currently no cure for Alzheimers, Dementia or Parkinsons. At NTU we bring together a multi-disciplinary team of experts to explore new and innovative methods to bring about change in the prognosis of these destructive diseases.

Story

My Dad was diagnosed with Parkinson’s 5 years ago and my Papa suffered from Vascular Dementia for 5 years before he sadly passed away on 24th March.

Unfortunately there is no cure for either Vascular Dementia or Parkinson’s and funding given to research is limited as compared to other life threatening illnesses.

I would like to raise money for research into these conditions as I know firsthand how they affect sufferers and their families.

I have booked a skydive in June and aim to raise as much as I can beforehand.

I know times are hard but if you could spare just a few pounds, I would be very grateful.

Thanking you in advance,

Hollie
