Story

On September 6th, I’ll be tackling the National Three Peak Challenge in aid of the amazing Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity.

I have completely thrown myself out of my comfort zone here, physically and mentally. I’m super excited and have started training leading up to my challenge. I’ll also be sharing my journey on TikTok @hollie3peaks for your entertainment 😂 and, of course, for a great cause.

The National Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon). With a target trekking time of 15 hours, i’ll climb around 9,600 feet and have walked approx. 21 miles.

I’m raising money for Great Ormond Street Children’s Charity. Donations help to fund advanced medical equipment, child and family support services, pioneering research and rebuilding and refurbishment.

Every day, around 750 seriously ill children and young people are seen at Great Ormond Street Hospital from all over the UK. Every day, doctors and nurses battle some of the most complex illnesses and the brightest minds in research come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs.

And every day is a chance for you to make a difference. This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support to give seriously ill children the best chance to fulfil their potential.

Thank you for reading and thank you for all the support. 💜
