We had the sad news at the end of April that a child at First Steps has been diagnosed with Leukaemia. There is a long journey ahead for Sienna and her family but we take comfort in the fact that she is being cared for by the fantastic nurses and doctors at Bristols Children’s Hospital.

While Sienna is undergoing treatment, we would like to join in her fight by raising money for Wallace and Gromit’s Grand Appeal. We have many ideas and activities planned and we would like to kick start the fundraising with ‘Wrong Trousers Day’. Please come to nursery in ‘the wrong trousers’ during the week 17-21st June for a small donation.

Our thoughts and best wishes continue to be with Sienna and her family and we can’t wait to have her back at First Steps. Let’s raise as much money as we can for Wallace and Gromit’s Grand Appeal.
