We, Kev, Mark, Zoe and Tara, have decided to push our boundaries and embark on a heart-pounding abseil adventure down the iconic Forum Norwich, all in support of the wonderful charity, Headway Norfolk and Waveney.

Headway Norfolk and Waveney is an extraordinary organisation that goes above and beyond to help individuals who have experienced brain injuries caused by, but not limited to stroke, road traffic accidents and bleeds on the brain, along with their families and caregivers.

They provide essential services and support to aid in the journey of recovery, independence, and resilience for survivors of brain injuries.

On the 26th August we will summon our courage and take the plunge, rappelling down the height of the Forum Norwich. With each step we take, we aim to raise awareness and vital funds for Headway Norfolk and Waveney.

Our goal is to make a tangible difference in the lives of those impacted by brain injuries, ensuring they receive the support they need to reclaim their lives.We are reaching out to you, our incredible network, because we know that together we can achieve remarkable things.
