Story
I am raising money for Sue Ryder St John’s Hospice in memory of my parents David and Rosemary Sharman. They were both cared for by the hospice staff in their final days. Raising money for the hospice is my way of saying thank you for all they did and so other people and families can receive the same level of care.
I am going to walk 1200 miles in a year, finishing on December 15th 2023 which will be my Mums 2nd anniversary.
Sue Ryder supports people through the most difficult times of their lives. Whether that’s a terminal illness, the loss of a loved one or a neurological condition – they’re there when it matters. Their doctors, nurses and carers give people the compassion and expert care they need to help them live the best life they possibly can.
