Take on 30 minutes of exercise every day in November to help transform the lives of children and young people with epilepsy.

Story

Two years ago our 7 year old grandson died suddenly, and our world fell apart. Jude had complex epilepsy, but he never let the condition define him, he was willing to tackle any challenge and his beautiful smiley face will be etched on my heart forever.

I am fundraising , in his memory, for this very worthwhile charity ....

💜 Jude, Nanna will be walking, cycling (on her exercise bike) and dancing her way through November, just for you 💜

I'm taking on the 30 Minutes of Exercise a day in November Challenge to help raise awareness and life changing funds for children and young people with epilepsy.

Your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate £5 or £500, every little bit helps. Thank you for your support!

Together, we create possible.

Epilepsy can be one of the most frightening and isolating conditions a young person can experience. The loss of any sense of safety, trapped in an unpredictable world, not knowing when their next seizure will happen.

All this takes its toll on a childs mental and physical health, and they miss out. Your donation will help improve research, treatment and practical support for children and young people living with epilepsy. Thank you!
