Story

Hi there - we're Team Hiking Puffins (we all work for the RSPB and love a jazzy Puffin beak) and on the 11th October we're going to take on a challenge, trekking a 14 mile trail across 13 Tors of Dartmoor. This is to raise money for the charity Marie Curie and to help people get the best care possible, to the very end.

Meet the Team - why we wanted to take on this challenge:

Hannah Page - the inspiration behind this challenge.

All the money raised will help Marie Curie provide vital care and support to people living with a terminal illness, and their families at the toughest time.

£3 helps fund a meal for a patient in one of our hospices.

£26 helps help fund an hour of bereavement support by phone or webchat.

£207 helps fund nine hours of overnight nursing care in a patient's home.
