At the heart of our fundraising efforts is the unwavering support for Martin House, a beacon of hope for children and young people with life-limiting conditions. Their family-led care extends across West, North and East Yorkshire, providing vital assistance both at the hospice and within the community. Each family is cherished as a unique unit with individual needs that are met with compassion and understanding. We are proud to be part of the High Street TV Bake Sale 2024, a personal challenge we've embraced to raise funds for this noble cause. Our goal is to reach £1,000 in support of Martin House Children's Hospice. Join us in making a difference for these families in need.
