Mental Elf is a 5k Family Fun Run that Conwy Mind will be bringing to you this Christmas! It will be all about having lots of festive fun whilst raising funds so we can support those who are struggling with their mental health in Conwy County.

Story

On Sunday 26th November myself & Beth will be taking part in Conwy Mind's first Mental Elf 5k fun run!

We will be taking part alongside my cousin Rachel who’s husband sadly passed away in July.

With support and sponsorship we can help Conwy Mind support more people, answer more phone calls.

Any donations would be gratefully appreciated, no matter how small.
