My brother and I are embarking on 5 week endurance rally in a 1964 Mini across Asia & Europe.

We know how blessed and lucky we are to do be able to do such an event ( and have kids who have grown up healthy) and although it is a tough challenge for us personally and a 60 year old car! ( 8-10 hours driving a day across all sorts of roads and conditions while keeping the Mini running ), it is nothing compared to what less fortunate people have to face day in and day out.

We therefore want to give back to help families facing unimaginable heartbreak - the knowledge that their child may not live into adulthood.

We will therefore personally match £1 for every £1 given on these pages( up to £15000). I hope we end up raising £30,000 in total for this very worthwhile cause.

Julia’s House (based near me in Dorset and Wiltshire) provides frequent, flexible care for children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions to give their parents a much-needed break.
