Having graduated from the coach to 5k app in June last year, I decided to enter South Cave 10K.

I loved the atmosphere and sense of achievement afterwards and I am always looking at ways to improve.

This will be the furthest I have ever ran after losing my weight last year and I would really like to prove to myself I can do it.

Any help towards my fundraising goal, will be much appreciated
