We address the stigma of poor mental health to promote positive mental wellbeing

Story

On Friday 21st July 2023, a group of members from Henry Riley will be taking on the Lake District challenge to raise funds to support our company charity, Mates in Mind.

This year’s challenge is 16 to 18 miles (27 km) and around 6,300 ft (1,920m) of elevation. It will take in the summit of Scafell Pike and also include Bowfell, Great End and/or Great Gable on that route followed by the summit of the Old Man of Coniston and also including Brim Fell and / or Swirl How.

The travelling time between the two would be 1 hour and 15 minutes and the target maximum duration for the event including travelling would be 12 hours.

Mates in Mind are a brilliant organisation raising awareness and breaking down the stigma of mental health predominantly within construction and related industries. They want to promote and lead positive mental wellbeing in the workplace.

Thank you for your support. Please give what you can!
