On Sunday 27th April 2025 our incredible team of runners are taking part in the iconic TCS London Marathon in support of good mental health for all.

Story

As many of you may know, I am running the London Marathon this year—the final step in my journey to completing the London Classics. I’m taking on this challenge in support of the Mental Health Foundation, a cause that is incredibly important to me.

I have personally experienced challenges with my own mental health throughout the years and and I know firsthand how isolating and overwhelming it can feel. That’s why I am extremely passionate about raising awareness and supporting the Mental Health Foundation—a charity dedicated to prevention, early intervention, and ensuring that no one has to face their struggles alone.

Mental health affects everyone in some way, whether personally or through the experiences of loved ones. Having access to the right support and knowing there is a safe place to turn to can make all the difference. The Mental Health Foundation works tirelessly to create these spaces, offering guidance, resources, and advocacy to help people navigate their mental health challenges before they escalate into a crisis.

By running the London Marathon for this incredible cause, I hope to not only raise funds but also encourage more conversations around mental health. No one should ever feel like they have nowhere to turn. Together, we can help break the stigma and ensure that support is available for those who need it most.

Any support—whether through donations, sharing my story, or simply raising awareness—would mean the world to me.
