St Barnabas House is a charity based in Worthing which provides palliative and end of life care to adults with life-limiting illnesses.

Although I have not experienced the service that St Barnabas offer on a personal level, I recognise the high quality of care and dignity both the hospice facility and their staff undertake on a daily basis.

I am trekking the Sahara in memory of all those we have had the privilege in caring for in the last six years.
