Earlier this year I decided to set myself a challenge and signed up for an Ironman taking place in Barcelona on 1st October, well known as one of the toughest single day challenges you can do. The event consists of a 3.8km sea swim, a 180km bike ride followed by a marathon run of 42km.

I have chosen the Fence Club as my the charity I’d like to raise money for. This is a fantastic charity raising money for disadvantaged children in the UK who are sick, disabled, terminally ill or from socially deprived environments.

This charity is something I have supported for a number of years and it would be greatly appreciated if you can donate whatever you can and/or spread the word and share my just giving page to generate more money for the charity.
