A group of us from all corners of the UK, have taken up the challenge to complete the 26 mile Macmillan Mighty Hike along the Northumberland Coast from Alnwick Castle to Bamburgh Castle in a single day!

Having supported most of our children with charity challenges over the last 15+ years it is finally our turn to do something big before we are too old!

Our goal (besides getting to the finish still able to move) is to raise as much money as possible for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Despite massive progress with treatments, over 3 million people in the UK are currently battling cancer. Macmillan provides support; offering physical, financial and emotional assistance when patients and their families need it most!

Our team: Alison & Mark Williams, Elaine & Jonathan Brierley, Ellie & Lance Taylor, Sarah Wilson & Johnny Millar, and Helen & Colin Jarvie will be 'grinding out the miles' and would be extremely grateful if you could please contribute to our fundraising. In doing so, we can help Macmillan to support cancer patients with the enormity of their personal challenge.
