On September 7th I will be participating in a team challenge with three brilliant ladies whom are also always willing to push themselves to raise money for a great cause.

The "DAWN TO DUSK TRIPLE CHALLENGE" is like none other I have done before, and I know that my limits really will be pushed on all levels.

It will be taking place in the Lake District and the challenge is to cycle 40 miles, hike 10.5 miles up Siddaw Mountain and kayak 2 miles.

All this before it gets dark...

But, this is all in aid of raising money for sick babies and children, please read below:
