"Don't you forget about me" was Mark Thomas's plea to the family.

We never could. Mark was an incredible and much-loved husband, father, step-father, brother-in-law, uncle, son-in-law and friend.

Inspired by Jess's completion of her second London Marathon earlier this year a few of us (Luke, Carole, Bella and Helen) decided to run the Oxford Half Marathon in his memory and we are raising money for Sobell House - the hospice that took such wonderful care of him.
