I am taking on my first ever triathlon in September in aid of the fabulous charity that I have the privilege of working for. I am also doing this mad event for all of those amazing, brave and courageous friends of mine who are survivors of sexual harm.

RASASC Guildford are an inclusive charity that supports survivors of all genders over the age of 13 from across Surrey, who have been raped, sexually abused or have had an unwanted sexual experience.

We offer support through our confidential helpline, counselling and Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) services. All our services are free and non-judgemental, and survivors of sexual abuse are believed, empowered and supported on their journey to recovery.
