Story

I’m taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge with #TeamStAnns!

I’m supporting an amazing cause that provides compassionate care to patients with life-limiting illnesses and vital support to their families across Greater Manchester.

The care that my dad received at St Ann’s during his final few days with us was exceptional as was the care that we as a family received both whilst dad was being cared for and afterwards. This challenge is unlike anything I’ve done before and I hope that dad will be cheering me (and my brother) on from above!

St Ann’s Hospice is a lifeline for so many, but with only a third of their funding coming from the NHS, they need to raise £20,000 each day to continue offering their essential services.

Every step I take across Pen-y-ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough will help St Ann’s provide the care and support that makes a real difference. Please consider donating what you can to support this vital work.

£10.85 could provide TVs and WiFi for inpatients to enjoy during their stay.

£20.60 could pay for a relaxing hand or foot massage for a patient or carer.

£30.60 could fund a bereavement session for a loved one with their specialist team.

Thank you so much for your support!
