Cerebra are a national charity that helps children and their families with brain conditions by providing all round advice and support. There are over half a million children and young people with brain conditions in the UK such as autism, ADHD, Down's Syndrome, epilepsy, cerebral palsy. Cerebra are a central hub for research, sleep advice, legal advice and have a wonderful toy and book library all for free.

Cerebra has helped our family with essential advice and guidance over the last few years for my youngest son George (Harriet's brother) who is autistic, ADHD, and non verbal. It's now time for us to say a massive thank you and raise as much money as possible so they can help support other families in turn.

We definitely aren't as fit as some, but we have been putting in the hours of training to hopefully go the distance in good time. Long dark training runs over the autumn and winter have been gruelling. Battling against storm force winds, freezing rain and slip sliding in the ice have been challenging to say the least. We're prepared for any thing, but to help give a massive incentive to keep putting one foot in front of the other -- please please do give a donation (however small or big) to help this fantastic charity.
