In July 2022 I experienced the devastating loss of my dad due to kidney failure in Beaumont Hospital, Dublin. In honour of his memory and to support other families facing similar challenges I have decided to take on an incredible endeavour. On 16th September 2023 I will be taking on the National 3 Peaks Challenge in the U.K., summiting the three highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in under 24 hours.

This arduous adventure involves covering a total walking distance of 37km and ascending 10,052ft, with a total driving distance of 462 miles.

The Irish Kidney Association’s vital work extends to supporting patients undergoing dialysis or those with a functioning kidney transplant. By raising funds through this challenge, every donation will directly contribute to sustaining the impactful initiatives of the Irish Kidney Association.
