I'm fundraising for Day One Trauma Support (DOTS). Formerly known as Leeds Cares, DOTS support families rebuild their lives after a catastrophic injury. Today, the charity has a presence in seven major trauma units across the country.

I wanted to do something outside my comfort zone and raise as much money as possible for DOTS. I didn't want to do just another 10k or half marathon, which i've done many times before.

So i've chosen to do a bungee jump, which i've always said i'd never do as the thought scares me to death. However it's nothing compared to the challenges some families face after a life-changing accident.
