In support of treatment and research for Parkinsons, I'll be running 100k in January.

Parkinson's UK and Sport Parkinson's are proud to be working in partnership to provide access to physical activity and exercise for individuals, groups and communities to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of all people affected by Parkinsons. Over the course of the next 3 years we are aiming to raise £175,000 for the Parkinson's UK Active Community Grants Programme.

On a personal note, my Dad has recently been diagnosed with Parkinsons, and this effort is for him, towards positivity and a productive spirit.
