100 a Day, Your Way in November Challenge
Campaign by Brain Tumour Research (RCN England and Wales 1153487, Scotland SC046840)
The aim is to achieve 100 reps per day from a choice of four exercises. You could do star jumps, squats, sit-ups or a plank, choosing to complete a combination of all four, combine a few or just choose one. It’s your challenge, your way!

Story

As you may or may not know, Tina made her presence known at the end of September. I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t try to do something to give back when something is so close to my heart (and brain!!).

The aim of this challenge is to achieve 100 reps per day from a choice of four exercises. You could do star jumps, squats, sit-ups or a plank, choosing to complete a combination of all four, combine a few or just choose one – the only criteria is you must equal 100 reps per day.

As an example you could complete 50 squats and 50 star jumps to equal 100 reps or 40 sit-ups and a 60 second plank to equal 100 – the choice is yours.

Take part on your own, with friends, at home or in the gym. It’s your challenge, your way!

Please help me raise money for this charity which is so important……. I never ever thought it would be me………. F**k off Tina!!

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.
