Story

I've seen first hand the devastating impact of breast cancer.

Despite advances made, too many women and men each year hear the awful news that they have breast cancer, throwing them and their loved ones into unimaginable turmoil.

Too many people each year facing gruelling treatment plans and dealing with sickness, fatigue, pain and the constant worry of what the future may bring for them and their family.

And very sadly, too many loved ones left grieving each year when treatment options run out.

I want to do my bit to support pioneering breast cancer research taking place at the Nottingham Breast Cancer Research at Nottingham University, to improve our understanding of this disease, create improved more effective treatments and ultimately enable people to live longer, healthier and happier lives.
