Story

Hey friends 🤗

Sooooooo on Saturday 22 June I am doing the Penrhyn Velocity 2 Zip Wire to raise funds for Pendleside Hospice in memory of my simply incredible sister. 🥰

Pendleside is a fabulous local charity, very close to mine and my families heart for all the support that they gave to Our Lee and all of our family at the most difficult time of our lives.

All contributions that you can spare to help me reach my target will be so gratefully received and appreciated.

Pendleside Hospice is a not-for-profit organisation which exists to provide services that enhance the quality of life for local people living with advancing, long term and life limiting illnesses, through to end of life and in bereavement. Pendleside expects to incur total running costs of around £5.5 million during financial year 2023/2024. With approximately 22% of these costs being funded through NHS grants, the charity needs to raise around £4.3 million from other sources in order to cover the balance of anticipated annual expenses.
