Story

Nightingale House Hospice provides specialist palliative care services for those who are living with a diagnosis of a progressive and/or life-limiting illness. Our services are completely free-of-charge to patients and their families, and we endeavour to provide physical, emotional, spiritual and social care in accordance with their needs.

Here at Nightingale House Hospice our number one priority is to make you feel comfortable, safe and supported through your health care journey.

We understand that you may feel apprehensive about joining us, but we want to alleviate any concerns you may have and reassure you that you are in safe hands. The facilities and services that we offer are designed to help and support you throughout your illness and will be tailored to your individual needs.

About the charity

Nightingale House offers a wide range of facilities to local people and their families living with life-limiting illness. Patients come from Wrexham, Flintshire, Denbighshire and outlying areas. In 2024 it will cost £4,900,513 million to run the Hospice - this equates to nearly £13,389 per day.
