We rescue abandoned and neglected animals to care for them and find them new homes

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On May 18th I am walking up Snowdon to witness the incredible sunset and push myself (probably to my limit) by walking the 9 miles to Wales highest summit.

I am fundraising for Thornberry Animal Sanctuary to help ensure that the charity continues to be there for the neglected and vulnerable animals we see entering the Sanctuary everyday.

Thornberry is a relatively small charity doing great things everyday!!

As the General Manager I am so proud of the work we do on a daily basis. Every member of staff and volunteer at Thornberry is truly dedicated to improving the welfare and wellbeing of every animal. This is only made possible by the generosity of our supporters. I can personally guarantee that every penny the charity receives is spent responsibly and in the very best interest of our animals.

This will be a major challenge for me having lost a few of my organs over the years to Adrenal Cancer. I had a the best part of my left lung removed in 2011 and the ascent will take its toll on me but, with your support and my determination I plan to complete this challenge to improve the lives of animals in South Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.

Please consider sponsoring me if you are able and I promise I will give it my all to complete this challenge ❤️
