Story
Heidi is cutting her super long locks!!!
"The reason I want to cut my hair for the Little Princess Trust is because my mum got cancer and although she didn't have to have a wig she still had cancer. Sometimes though people do lose their hair from the cancer treatment and I think having a wig would make that feel a bit better. My hair is very long and golden and I think it will make a very nice looking wig for someone."
This will be Heidi's first proper hair cut and she's very excited to be raising money for the Little Princess Trust. It costs £700 to provide a wig so that's how much Heidi wants to raise. We were amazed to reach the £700 target so Heidi is now wanting to raise £2100 to make 3 wigs!
The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.
The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.
The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.
