Next month I'll be cycling 450 miles / 720 km between London and Cannes with Club Peloton. As someone who put cleats on for the first time in December, I'd be hugely grateful for any support towards our fundraising efforts, which I'm hoping will focus my mind as I tackle the French hills!

Club Peloton is a grant making charity and real estate cycling community that works to transform the lives of young people. Since 2006, it has given over £5 million in project grants.

This year, Knight Frank Cycle to MIPIM 2025 is aiming to raise £200,000 for three of Club Peloton's supported projects, transforming the lives of young people by:

- helping them find their forever home (Coram Adoption)

- getting them pedalling on their road to recovery (Cyclists Fighting Cancer)

- helping disadvantaged young people in Central London realise the potential of their own lives (Tom ap Rhys Pryce Memorial Trust).
