Heather and Jamie are very excited to be heading to rural Ghana, Africa, with an amazing medical team for two weeks in November 2023. We have the privilege of traveling with and we will be meeting some exceptional medical professionals while there volunteering with this medical team. We will be providing primary care and basic medical care to vulnerable populations who do not have easy access to medical services. Our team will be providing care to up to 400 people each day with the support of a NGO called International Needs Canada and our Ghanaian partners.

We would like to raise $10, 000 to aid with purchasing medications and medical supplies. Our team will be bringing a host of over the counter medications, antimicrobials, and other oral agents – and we will buy many other medications once in Ghana. We are asking our friends and family to please support us by making a donation of any amount.

We are so grateful for any support that you feel that you can give. We recognize that there are many demands for charitable donations and we would like to say thank you in advance as every little bit helps. Tax receipts are available for donations over $25.
