Story

We have all had family member’s that have passed away at the Hospice of the Good Shepherd and this is us doing our bit to say thank you for the care and support we were given at a time of deep need. The hospice needs as much help as we can give as they need to raise a significant amount each year to keep the place open for other to receive the loving care that we were fortunate to have.

When we were away on a holiday last year, we decided to find an event to support the hospice that we could all participate in, so we chose this event as it starts with bacon butties (or vegetarian sausage for Heather and Keith) and ends up at a pub. Hopefully the weather will be warmer than when we made our decision last December when we were on the hunt for Santa, way above the arctic circle in Lapland.
