The UMass Memorial Deployable Medical Team is one of only two disaster medical teams in the State, specifically designed to provide advanced medical care during a catastrophic event in Massachusetts. The hospital hosted team is fully managed by UMass but is “on call” by order of the Governor to respond to events in our state and to be present to our neighbors in times of crisis.

With your help, every dollar raised will directly support equipping, training, and preparing the UMass Memorial DMT for the day when they are called upon to be the first, last, and best line of defense against disaster.

For over a decade, running the Boston Marathon has been both a personal goal and dream. The tragic events of 2013 deepened my understanding of the profound significance of this historic race. It became a personal aspiration—not just for the physical challenge it presents, but for the vital support it brings to so many meaningful causes and organizations.

After years of training and building my endurance, this dream is finally within reach.
